Merge PDF — Combine PDF Files into One Online
Join two, ten or twenty PDF files into a single document. Add your files, drag them into the order you want, and download the merged PDF. The merge happens entirely in your browser, so confidential documents are never uploaded.
How to use the PDF Merger
- Add two or more PDF files using the upload box.
- Drag the files into the right order, or use the up and down buttons on touch screens.
- Remove any file you added by mistake.
- Press Merge PDFs and download your combined document.
When to merge PDFs
Merging is useful whenever related pages arrive as separate files: a cover letter plus CV, scanned pages from a multi-page scanner, monthly invoices for an expense report, or chapters of a manual. One tidy document is easier to send, print and archive.
The tool keeps each page exactly as it is — text, images and layout are copied without being re-rendered — so the merged file looks identical to the originals.
Tips for a clean result
Name your files so they sort sensibly (01-cover.pdf, 02-report.pdf) before adding them. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first, because they cannot be read by any tool without the password.

Frequently asked questions
Is it safe to merge confidential PDFs here?
Yes. Your files are processed inside your browser and are never uploaded, stored or seen by us.
How many PDFs can I merge?
Up to 30 files at a time, each up to 50 MB.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes. Drag files up or down, or use the arrow buttons. The merged PDF follows the order you see on screen.
Will the merged PDF lose quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, without recompression, so text stays sharp and images keep their quality.
Why can't I add my PDF?
The file may be password-protected or damaged. Remove the password in the app that created it and try again — you will see a clear message naming the file.
